Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will love our products, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange sizes:

In line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) you have a period of 14 working days from the day after you receive your order in which you may cancel or exchange the item for a different size. To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing at:

We ask goods to be returned to us in the original packaging. You do have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to take reasonable care of the items. Failure to do so can lead to action being taken to recover funds against consumers who have breached their statutory duty.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Items should be returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. in their original packaging, not scratched or showing signs of wear. Failure to do this may result in the refund not being issued and the item being returned.
