We currently offer delivery everywhere in the world. We take great care shipping all our jewelry orders, making sure they reach you in perfect condition. The order will arrive in our beautiful HEIRS packaging, fully insured during postage and ready to create a big statement.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We know you will love our products, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase:

In-line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) you have a period of 14 working days in which you may cancel or exchange an order for a different size from the day after you receive the order. To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing at :

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) if an item is deemed unfit for purpose, not as described or poor quality then you can return this to us within a period of 14 working days from the day after receiving the goods for a full refund. (Please note during the Christmas Period).

We ask goods to be returned to us in the original packaging or similar. You do have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to take reasonable care of the items. Failure to do so can lead to action being taken to recover funds against consumers who have breached their statutory duty.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Items should be returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. in their original packaging, not scratched or showing signs of wear. Failure to do this may result in the refund not being issued and the item being returned to yourself.
